Horseshoe Media is seeking a part-time Business Operations Coordinator to assist our team of social and digital experts.

Responsibilities:
● Oversee financial operations across the business including paying and sending invoices, annual taxes, and bi-weekly payroll
● Develop and execute new growth directives to both upsell current client accounts and find new clients that align with business priorities
● Establish administrative workflows to optimize the team’s efficiency
● Constantly review client SoWs and confirm coverage with team on a monthly basis
● Share best practices and new findings in the digital marketing landscape with the team
● Work with Founder/CEO to create and blast job descriptions, hire competent personnel, send documents for signature, and oversee internship program
● Assist with sales research, proposals, decks, and agreements
● Attend internal, client, and partner meetings to learn the ins and outs of the business
● Drive revenue through ad sales partnerships, sponsorships, and brand pitching
● Coordinate between CEO, Senior Managers, Managers, clients, partners, interns, and contractors to ensure timelines are met and expectations are exceeded across the business
● Participate in cross-functional brainstorms and team meetings to further priorities across the business
● Assist with monthly reporting and analytics for clients and brands
● Keep up to date on the latest social trends to ensure client and brand participation
● Assist with a variety of tasks across our Marketing, Films, Management, and Brands wings of the business

Qualifications:
● 1-2 years working in social media on a brand or for an agency
● 1-2 years working in a business operational role
● Accountability with experience managing finances and projects
● Working knowledge and experience with Apple, Google, Adobe, and Microsoft platforms
● Strong design/layout and critical thinking skills
● Works well with tight deadlines in a solo and team environment
● Ability to ideate and execute creative for multiple clients across all industries including entertainment
● Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills
● Positive “can do” attitude with passion for Horseshoe Media clients and brands
