Responsibilities:
● Lead day-to-day operations of e-commerce, paid media, and digital marketing functions for Horseshoe Brands
● Act as the liaison between CEO, Senior Brands Manager, and customers to ensure timelines are met and expectations are exceeded
● Managing daily social and ad content creation and scheduling for Horseshoe Brands
● Maintain and grow sales avenues for Horseshoe Brands products both online and in-stores
● Create innovative e-commerce strategies as guidelines for the business
● Travel between Horseshoe Media HQ in Valley Village, manufacturers in Burbank, and our distributors across Los Angeles County
● Direct and manage ad spends on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
● Report on all successes and failures of every campaign we run
● Establish and evolve each brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity
● Administer reporting and analytics for each brand including key highlights and guidance for best e-commerce practices
● Keep up to date on the latest social trends to ensure brand participation
● Assist with talent relations to ensure partners deliver all requested content for marketing purposes
● Over-communicate progress, priorities, schedule changes, and updates to customers, the Senior Brands Manager, manufacturers, distributors, and customers,
● Initiate regular conversations about hurdles, successes, learnings, and needs for organizational and individual growth with CEO

Qualifications:
● 1-2 years working in e-commerce for a brand or social media agency
● Accountability with experience managing projects and budgets
● Solid knowledge and experience with Apple, Google, Adobe and Microsoft platforms, and Shopify
● Strong design/layout and critical thinking skills
● Works well with tight deadlines in a solo and team environment
● Ability to ideate and execute creative for multiple brands across all industries including entertainment
● Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills
